Your family's details
This notice explains what Hockey FUNdamentals Camp does with the information you give us through this website. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
- Your name, email address and phone number.
- Each child's name, date of birth, hockey experience and the camp days you ask for.
- Anything you choose to write in the message box.
We don't ask for medical information on this form. We'll collect what's needed safely when your spot is confirmed.
Why we use it
- To confirm your child's spot, arrange payment and group players by age and ability.
- To contact you about the camp you asked about.
- To send camp news and future dates, but only if you ticked that box. You can opt out at any time.
We never sell or share your details for anyone else's marketing.
Who sees it and where it's kept
Only the camp director and authorized camp staff can see your request. It's stored in a secure database hosted in Canada. Emails about your request are delivered by our email provider and arrive in the camp's email inbox.
How long we keep it
We keep requests for as long as we need them to run camps and keep in touch with families. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete your family's details, reply to any email from us and we'll take care of it.
